If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so that we are able to offer your reserved time to another guest.
Because our time together is thoughtfully reserved just for you, appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service, and no-show appointments may be charged the full service fee. This ensures fairness to both our clients and our team.
