Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

At our core, we deeply value your time and ours. We understand that life is full of unexpected moments, and sometimes plans simply need to shift. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so that we are able to offer your reserved time to another guest.

Because our time together is thoughtfully reserved just for you, appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service, and no-show appointments may be charged the full service fee. This ensures fairness to both our clients and our team.

We always strive to extend grace where it is needed. If you experience an emergency, please reach out to us directly—we will do our very best to accommodate and care for you.
