Prior to Your Treatment

1. Drink plenty of water
2. Fast 3 hours before or eat small snack only
3. Bring a tank top and loose fitting shorts if you feel uncomfortable removing clothing
4. Consult with Physician if you are currently on medications, being treated for an ongoing problem, or following post-op directives

After your Treatment

1. Get at least 15 minutes of exercise after your treatment
2. Rest & Relax
